BidPro.Tools respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, city/state, trade categories, and service area radius. We collect payment information through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers ourselves). We collect basic usage analytics (which leads you open, which you save, when you log in) to improve the service.
What we don't collect: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not share your data with competitors.
How we use your data: To deliver leads filtered for your trade and service area. To send transactional emails (daily digests, account notifications, billing). To improve the product based on usage patterns. To contact you with product updates and occasional founding-member communications.
Third-party services we use: Stripe (payment processing), plus hosting, database, email-delivery and data-processing providers. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles the data we transmit to it.
Your rights: You may request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account, or update your information at any time by emailing mark@bidpro.tools. We will respond within 14 days.
Cookies: We use minimal cookies — only those required to keep you logged in and to remember your session preferences. No advertising or tracking cookies.
