Final plats for sections 3B, 4A, and 4B have been reviewed, and final mylars requested for signature, with infrastructure construction already in progress across the development.

What happened

The Miller Farm development has multiple sections (2A, 2B, 2C, 3A) with parcels in active development, and final plats for sections 3B, 4A, and 4B have been reviewed, awaiting final signatures. Infrastructure construction is currently underway.

Why it matters

The active development of numerous residential parcels indicates ongoing and future work for home builders, sitework, and underground utilities. The request for final plat signatures suggests that development of additional sections will soon be permitted for vertical construction.

Timing
