These terms govern your use of BidPro.Tools, a public-records research service.
What we provide: BidPro.Tools reads public records — council and planning-commission meeting materials and related public notices — and reports what they say. We do not generate, own, or have privileged access to this information. All leads delivered through our service are derived from public records.
Your responsibilities: You agree to use BidPro.Tools for legitimate business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share BidPro.Tools leads, alerts, or digests with non-members. Account sharing is prohibited. Each subscription is for use by one company.
Founding member pricing: Founding members receive locked-in pricing of $49/month for the lifetime of their continuous subscription. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, founding pricing is forfeited and re-signup is at the then-current standard rate.
Outcomes: BidPro.Tools reports what is in the public record. Bid wins, contract awards, and revenue outcomes are not promised. Bidding decisions and competitive strategy are entirely your responsibility.
Pricing: Access is $49 per month, or $490 per year (two months free).
Refunds and cancellation: No refunds. Cancel anytime — your access runs to the end of the billing period.
Changes to these terms: We may update these terms with notice via email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
