City Council authorized an infrastructure contribution agreement with Velocity Hill Road Parcel One, LLC for the Velocity development, where the developer will contribute $650,000 towards the construction of a turn lane and a pedestrian path on Hill Road in front of their site. The city will design the improvements in 2027 and aims to construct them by January 1, 2029.
