The City Council approved TIF cooperative and construction services agreements for the Miller Farms project, authorizing the use of TIF funds to finance substantial public infrastructure improvements, including the widening of Lithopolis and Oregon Roads, and the oversizing and extension of utilities to the development site. Wilcox Communities will act as the construction agent.
