Canal Winchester City Council adopted a resolution authorizing the City to issue Bluebird Fiber a telecommunications and utility permit. This permit allows Bluebird Fiber to construct, operate, and maintain its commercial fiber optic system within the public right-of-ways throughout the city, utilizing existing acquired assets and enabling future expansion.
