Canal Winchester City Council adopted a resolution to create the Hill Road Tax Increment Financing (TIF) area, associated with the Lockpoint Village property. This 30-year, 100% exempt TIF will generate approximately $4 million to fund public infrastructure improvements, primarily for the widening of Hill Road.
