Canal Winchester City Council adopted resolutions to authorize a petition for and officially establish the Canal Winchester New Community Authority (NCA). This new body politic and corporate will govern future community development, allowing the city greater control over development funding and specifically mentioning the Miller Farms project as a potential addition.
